She regularly advises the committee of creditors, resolution professionals and resolution applicants in the corporate insolvency resolution processes of companies and financial service providers.
She has acted in various civil and commercial litigations for recovery of debt including in relation to investments in real estate and infrastructure projects etc.
She regularly appears before various fora including the High Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
She has acted on behalf of heirs of a deceased in testamentary suits and probate matters.
She has represented a company in relation to compounding of an offence before the National Company Law Tribunal.
She has generally advised a company on its rights under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 viz-a-viz maritime laws in India.
