Siddharth has over seventeen years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and other corporate and commercial matters.

He has worked on complex financing transactions across a variety of sectors including financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, technology, and real estate.

Relevant Experience:

Advised True North on the sale of its entire stake in Infinity Fincorp Solutions, a non-banking finance company, to Partners Group through a competitive bid process valuing the transaction at ~INR 1,800 crore.
Acted as Indian legal counsel to Kokuyo Co. Ltd. (Japan) on its acquisition of 100% equity in HNI Office India Limited, the Indian step‑down subsidiary of HNI Corporation (US), a manufacturer of office furniture.
Advised a Middle Eastern sovereign wealth fund on a minority investment in Micro Life Sciences, a pharma manufacturer, through a mix of primary infusion and secondary acquisition, alongside existing investor Warburg Pincus.
Advised Advent International on Indian law aspects of its global acquisition of a majority stake in Sapiens International, a software company, including the acquisition of its Indian subsidiary, Sapiens Technologies (India).
Advised Triton Partners (a European PE fund) on the India leg of its sale of the Kelvion group, a manufacturer of heating solutions, to Apollo Global Management.
Advised on True North’s sale of its stake in Shree Digvijay Cement Company Limited, a cement manufacturer, to India Resurgence Fund.
Advised Warburg Pincus on a primary investment in Shriram Housing Finance, a non-banking finance company, following the acquisition of a controlling stake.
Advised Advent International on its investment of INR 2,475 crores into Apollo Healthco Limited, which operates the Apollo 24/7 platform.

Advised eBay Inc. in relation to the sale of its entire shareholding in eBay India Private Limited to Flipkart Singapore.
Advised com, Inc. in relation to its acquisition of Emvantage Payments Private Limited, a payment gateway operator. This was Amazon’s first acquisition in India.
Advised Goldman Sachs on the sale of its entire stake in City View Properties Private Limited to the Embassy Group and the Blackstone Group. City View developed the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Bangalore.
