Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (KKR) in its acquisition of a majority stake and sole control of Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG), a company listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
National Investment and Infrastructure Fund Limited on the sale of 100% of its stake in road portfolio Athaang Devanahalli Tollway Private Limited, Athaang Jammu Udhampur Highway Limited and Quazigund Expressway Private Limited.
Actis PC Investment (Mauritius) Limited and Actis PC (Mauritius) Limited (affiliates of Actis) on their 100% stake sale of Profectus Capital Private Limited to Ugro Capital Limited (Acquirer) for purchase consideration of approximately INR 1400 crore.
Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd on public offer of 20% made by Holcim Ltd, the Switzerland-based manufacturer and supplier of cement.

Omega TC Holdings Pte Limited, the Singapore-based investment holding company having interest in chain of hotels and automotive parts manufacturing companies, on significant minority stake in Varroc Group, the India-based automotive parts manufacturer, for a consideration of INR 3bn (USD 47.7m), valuing the company at USD 1bn.
Tata Technologies Ltd on acquisition of Cambric Corporation, the US based company providing engineering services to manufacturing companies in construction, agriculture, mining, rail, and automotive industries, for a consideration of USD 32.5m.
