Anshul has over ten years of experience as a securities and capital markets lawyer, having advised corporates, underwriters and investment funds on a wide variety of transactions, including initial public offerings, qualified institutions placements, rights issues and secondary share sales through bulk/ block trades and offer for sale through the stock exchange mechanism

Anshul also regularly advises listed corporates and intermediaries on securities law matters, including compliance with Indian insider trading norms and takeover regulations.

Relevant Experience:

Anshul has deep expertise in the banking and financial services sector, having advised a wide range of clients on capital markets transactions, including State Bank of India, small finance banks such as Jana SFB, Utkarsh SFB, Fincare SFB and Ujjivan SFB, private banks such as Federal Bank and South Indian Bank, and NBFCs such as L&T Finance, CreditAccess Grameen and Home First Finance. He has also advised government lender HUDCO on its initial public offering and MTN programme.
His equity capital markets experience spans a broad range of sectors, with transactions for clients including Cleanmax, LEAP India, SEDEMAC, Honasa Consumer (Mamaearth), Reliance Nippon AMC, Sobha Limited, DLF Limited, Apollo Tyres, J.K. Cements, Supriya Lifescience, SIS, Apar Industries, Aurionpro Solutions and PG Electroplast.
