Assisted and advised HI Parks (Blackstone Group) in its: (1) partnership with Central Warehousing Corporation for managing CWC’s warehouses in 13 locations on long term concession arrangements; and (2) acquisition of LOGOS India’s 5 million square feet warehousing assets situated at Haryana and Tamil Nadu.
Assisted and advised Alta Capital in its acquisition of Good Host Spaces, the country’s largest owner cum operator of purpose-built captive student housing.
Assisted and advised Rail Land Development Authority in proposing an amendment to the existing Rail Land Development Authority (Development of Land and Other Works) Regulations, 2012. The amended regulations were passed and published in the official gazette on September 12, 2024.
Assisted and advised multiple renewal energy developers (including Adani Green, Mahindra Susten and Apraava) in their acquisition of lands for the purpose of development of renewable energy projects (solar, wind and hybrid) in the state of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
