She has advised leading private equity and financial investors such as Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, International Finance Corporation, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Asian Development Bank and Proparco.in relation to their equity investments in India, across various sectors including renewables, infratructure, financial services, e-commerce and real estate. Her area of expertise includes advising on structuring, entry and exit strategies and issues related to portfolio management.

Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in its investment in a promoter entity of the GMR group (an Indian infrastructure conglomerate with diversified business interests including airports, energy, transportation and urban infrastructure)
Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) in relation to their investments in Apraava Energy (independent power producer), Maple Infrastructure Trust (CDPQ sponsored InvIT) and acquisition of CLP Power India and CLP Wind Farms (Theni Project – III).
Asian Development Bank in its investment in Fourth Partner Energy Private Limited (leading Indian renewable energy firm focused on solar, wind and hybrid projects)
Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in its follow-on investment in Mahindra Susten, Mahindra Group’s renewables platform and Mahindra Teqo engaged in asset management of renewable power projects
International Finance Corporation in their equity investment in multiple companies including in relation to their investments in Fourth Partner (leading Indian renewable energy firm focused on solar, wind and hybrid projects), and real estate projects by multiple developers such as Ashiana Housing, Purvankara, Birla Estates and Mahindra Lifespaces.
