Srideepa advises and represents leading banks, financial institutions, asset reconstruction companies (ARCs), Resolution Professionals and corporate groups in the stressed asset space. Her practice encompasses specialised advocacy across multiple judicial and quasi-judicial forums throughout India, coupled with strategic litigation and pre-litigation advisory on various aspects of insolvency proceedings, debt restructuring and resolution frameworks and security enforcement mechanisms.

Srideepa’s recent key experiences include advising and representing the Committee of Creditors in the resolution of KSK Mahanadi Power Company Ltd, one of the largest power plants in India with debt of approx. INR 30,000 cr. She also advised and represented the creditors in obtaining a first of its kind order under the insolvency framework allowing interim distribution of funds to the lenders, during moratorium.

Srideepa is one of the key lawyers in the insolvency law space with a vast range of experience in handling several marquee deals under the IBC such as (i) the CIRPs of Bhushan Power and Steel Ltd., Coastal Energen Pvt. Ltd., SKS Power Generation (Chhattisgarh) Ltd, Jaiprakash Associates Ltd., Videocon Industries Ltd., Gensol Engineering Ltd., Associate Décor Ltd., Hiranmaye Energy Ltd., GTL Infrastructure Ltd and GTL Ltd, Jaypee Infratech Ltd, Amrapali Group, Ind-Barath Energy Utkal Ltd., and Monnet Ispat; and (ii) PIRP of Personal Guarantors of the Videocon Group and Bhushan Power and Steel.
