CAM acted as the Indian legal counsel to Horizon Industrial Parks Limited (“Company”) on the initial public offer of equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each of the Company (“Equity Shares”), aggregating to INR. 26,000.00 million (“the “Issue”). The Issue was priced at Rs. 60 per Equity Shares and also comprised a reservation for eligible employees of the Company. The Equity Shares commenced trading on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 24, 2026.
The book running lead managers to the Issue were JM Financial Limited, Axis Capital Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited (Formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited), SBI Capital Markets Limited and 360 ONE WAM Limited (“BRLMs”).
