Diptayon has over 18 years of experience in the real estate practice area.

His practice includes advising leading developers, PE Funds, institutional asset owners, GCCs and data centre operators on structuring, negotiating and drafting of conveyances and joint development arrangements, acquisitions of commercial and warehousing assets, commercial leases for GCCs and data centres, and RERA and related advisory matters. He is recognised for his holistic yet pragmatic approach, enabling clients to navigate complex real estate matters with clarity and confidence.

Bengaluru Airport City Limited on setting up of state-of-the-art Convention and Exhibition Centre and mixed-use commercial hub within the Airport City by Prestige.
Indospace on acquisition of assets located across Bangalore, Delhi, Maharashtra and Chennai.
Blackstone on structuring of a support services agreement and real estate compliance related requirements with respect to the Blackstone GCC premises at Bangalore.
Alembic Real Estate on leasing of several commercial spaces located at Alembic City campus in Bangalore to its marquee tenant Google and to the University of Liverpool.
T-Mobile, USA on several managed services agreements for co-working spaces with Cowrks and WeWork for setting up of their GCC, the largest in Hyderabad.
