Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as the Indian legal counsel to Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited with respect to the sale of 35,000,000 equity shares of Lenskart Solutions Limited by Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust acting through its trustee, Platinum Owl C 2018 RSC Limited, an affiliate of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, for an aggregate consideration of INR 23,905 million, undertaken by way of share sales on the screen-based trading platform of NSE and BSE on September 21, 2026.
