Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised on the initial public offering (IPO) by Elevate Campuses Limited (Formerly known as Good Host Spaces Limited), as the counsel to the book running lead managers (BRLMs). The IPO comprised a fresh issue of INR 21,000.00 million. The BRLMs were JM Financial Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited) and Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited.
