Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised the issuer entity, namely, Purple Style Labs Limited (“Company”) on its initial public offering of 11,826,086 equity shares of face value INR 10 each aggregating to INR 6,800.00 million (“Issue”), comprising a fresh issue of 11,826,086 equity shares of face value INR 10 each aggregating to INR 6,800.00 million.
IPO Highlights (as of date): This Company is the first to be listed in the segment of growing multi-brand luxury omni-channel fashion platform in India.
The equity shares of the Company commenced listing and trading on NSE and BSE on September 7, 2026.
Axis Capital Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited) and Emkay Global Financial Services Limited acted as the underwriters to the Offer.
