Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as the Indian legal counsel to Shiprocket Limited, an end-to-end, new age, merchant-first, and API-led technology platform designed to enable e-commerce transactions for India’s MSMEs and Large Retailers, on their initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to INR 16,174.85 million, comprising (i) a fresh issue aggregating to INR 8,855.00 million, and (ii) offer for sale aggregating to INR 7,319.85 million.
The Firm also advised Saahil Goel, Gautam Kapoor and Vishesh Khurana (“Individual Selling Shareholders”) on their participation in the offer for sale component of the initial public offering.
The book running lead managers of this IPO were Axis Capital Limited, BofA Securities India Limited, JM Financial Limited and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited.
