Aarushi Jain

Aarushi Jain is a partner in the Technology Practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. She heads the Media, Education and Gaming Practice verticals at the firm.

Over the years, she has advised several clients including IT and New Tech businesses, Indian and domestic, on varied legal, commercial and regulatory issues.

She has also advised on IP advisory mandates, as well as issues stemming from data protection and digital privacy, cybersecurity amongst other new age issues arising due to new business models. She has also been involved in advising clients on cross border structuring, joint ventures and M&A deals in technology, media, education as well as gaming space.

She also supports clients on pre-litigation and dispute advisory mandates.

Aarushi loves to talk about forward looking changes to technology and tech policy in India, and shares her thoughts frequently by writing in tabloids and via her social media handle.
