Abhiroop has acted on several nuanced and unique securities offerings in India and overseas in sectors spanning BFSI, print and electronic media, fintech and new-age consumer tech, infrastructure, industrials and real estate. He has, in his current and previous roles, been involved in numerous first-of-its-kind transactions, including the first offer for sale of listed shares through the stock exchange mechanism and the launch of India’s first exchange traded fund indexed on public sector stocks.

Abhiroop also advises leading domestic and international investment banks in India on securities law matters and on preparatory work for IPO-ramp companies.
