- Advising and assisting clients including listed companies, MNCs, conduct investigations pursuant to whistle blower complaints, workplace investigations into allegations of fraud, impropriety, workplace harassment, toxic work environment, bullying, conflict of interest, ethical breaches etc.
- Involved in advising and strategizing on restructuring issues such as closure, redundancies, voluntary separation schemes, transfer of business along with employees.
- Expertise in handling POSH matters and routinely advises clients on handling sexual harassment complaints under the POSH Act, enquiry processes and compliances thereunder. She has conducted several training sessions on implementation of the POSH Act and was a speaker for a POSH session conducted by the National Commission for Women for the Corporate Sector in Kochi.
- Advised clients on issues relating to social security benefits such as liquidation of provident fund trust reserves, transfer of gratuity benefits from a private trust, wage structure analysis for determining social security contributions, revocation of provident fund exemption, etc.
- Assisted on the mega consolidation plan of the Union Government to amalgamate13 Public Sector Banks into 5 Public Sector Banks.
