With over 43 years of experience in a range of areas, including corporate and securities law, disputes, banking, bankruptcy, infrastructure, private client, financial regulatory and others.

He is consistently ranked as “eminent practitioner” in India by Chambers Global and often regarded as the “M&A King of India” and regularly recognized as an award-winning professional across various practices and recognized as “Thought Leader Global Elite for M&A and Governance” by Who’s Who Legal 2024.
