Emil Joseph

Emil Joseph is a partner in the firm’s corporate and real estate practice based in Hyderabad, with experience advising on complex commercial real estate transactions across India. His work spans the acquisition, development, leasing, and sale of office spaces, warehousing assets, data centers, and retail developments, including malls.

Emil has advised several global capability centers, including Lloyds Bank and McDonalds, on leasing office spaces in Hyderabad for setting up GCCs.

He has also acted for leading developers and lessors for leasing space to GCCs and large occupiers and is experienced across all transaction models including warm shell, cold shell, fully fitted out, and co-working arrangements. His expertise includes title diligence, development structuring, zoning and conversion issues, and negotiation of leases.
