Represented Lumina Cloudinfra Private Limited (an affiliate of Blackstone group) in relation to a joint venture with Panchshil group for the construction and operation of two 600 MW hyperscale data centers in Navi Mumbai on a land leased by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation
Represented Brookfield Asset Management in relation to Brookfield’s acquisition of 12.5 million square feet of commercial assets of RMZ Corp, and undertook title due diligence of RMZ Corp’s assets in Pune
Represented Macrotech Developers Limited on due diligence of various projects developed by Lodha group in Maharashtra and identifying title risks in the disclosures to be made for the Initial Public Offering of Macrotech Developers Limited.
Represented Trent Limited on acquisition of land in Pune for setting up a warehouse and on complex land due diligence matters such as fragmentation and consolidation of holdings, conversion of land use, right of way and drafting of transaction documents for acquisition of the land
Represented Godrej Properties on due diligence on lands in Panvel for setting up of residential township ‘Godrej City-Panvel’
Represented Standard Chartered Bank on divestment of a floor in Parinee Crescenzo, BKC
Represented Equinix (world’s largest data centre company) in its acquisition of 100% stake in GPX’s India operations and conducted due diligence on two assets in Mumbai.
