  • Bharti Group on acquisition of units in Brookfield India REIT against sale of stake in an entity holding multiple Grade A assets
  • Principal Group on the sale of its mutual fund business in India to Sundaram mutual fund
  • GE Power India Limited, a listed entity on sale of its Hydro and Gas business undertakings
  • Max Estates on its M&A including acquisitions of Accord Hotels and Resorts and Acreage Builders Private Limited.
  • Persistent Systems on its M&A including acquisitions of MediaAgility India and Data Glove IT Solutions.
  • DLF Group on the sale of promoters’ stake in the company’s rental arm DLF Cyber City Developers to the sovereign wealth fund of the Government of Singapore (GIC).
  • New Delhi Centre for Sight Limited and its promoters in relation to buyout of exiting investor Matrix Partners and primary and secondary investment by incoming investor Mahindra Partners. New Delhi Centre for Sight Limited operates a chain of eye care hospitals across the country.
  • Promoters of ZEE Entertainment on sale of their stake to OFI Global and other investors through off-market and on-market transactions.
  • Editorji (a personalized online news content delivery platform) in relation to strategic investments made by HT Media and Airtel in the company.
  • Alghanim Industries in the sale of Rockwool India Private Limited to Saint-Gobain India.
  • DLF Brands in its sale of the Mothercare franchise business in India to Reliance Brands Limited.
  • Alstom Group in relation to Indian law aspects pertaining to global acquisition of its Power and Grid assets by GE including on the open offers made by GE for the Alstom entities listed in India.
  • Promoters of Fresenius Kabi Oncology Limited in a successful delisting offer and subsequent litigation with SEBI before SAT and Supreme Court.
  • Fresenius Kabi Oncology Limited on successful capital reduction before NCLT to squeeze out minority investors.
  • Tasty Bite Eatables (a listed Indian company involved in manufacturing and sale of ready to eat food items) and the selling shareholders in relation to sale of majority shareholding in the parent company including the open offer made by the acquirer pursuant to the same.
  • Advised a boutique hotel chain on Hotel Management and ancillary agreements.
  • Advised e-commerce ventures on various aspects including regulatory advice, vendor agreements, storage service/ warehouse agreement, terms and policies of website etc.
