Neham has over 10 years of experience and focusses on foreign and domestic investments and exits, joint ventures, acquisitions, business transfers, restructuring and general advisory on foreign exchange, company law and regulatory matters.

He has advised foreign and domestic clients across multiple sectors including food & beverages (including alcoholic beverages), space & technology (e-commerce, satellite communication, IT/ITES), infrastructure, energy, manufacturing as well as deals involving regulated entities (such as mutual funds, REITs, NBFCs and insurance companies).

  • Jio Platforms Limited in relation to its joint venture with SES.
  • Bharti Group in relation to sale of their stake in real estate companies to Brookfield REIT.
  • Essar Group companies in relation to sale of their stake in power and ports companies to Arcelor Mittal/ Nippon Steel.
  • Volkswagen Finance (India) in relation to multiple rounds of downstream investment in an Indian technology company and their internal restructuring.
  • QBE Insurance Australia in relation to proposed sale of its shareholding in an Indian insurance company to Paytm group company.
  • Evosys and its promoters on demerger of its Oracle cloud business vertical with Mastek and business sale of its offshore business along with its subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions.
  • ADV Partners in relation to their multiple investments in India across various sectors.
