Priyadarshini has over 10 years of experience as a capital markets lawyer. During this time, she has advised on several marque and market first transactions

She has represented issuers, merchant bankers and investors on various equity capital markets products, including equity IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, block trades, offers for sale on stock exchanges and public offers by InvITs. In her career, she has advised lead managers on the FPO by YES Bank* (largest FPO at the time), IPO by Zomato* (first new-age tech company to list), QIP by Macrotech Developers* (first pure secondary QIP).

Experience listed below are that of the Partner after she joined the Firm

Acting as Indian legal counsel to the lead managers on the Indira IVF IPO;
Acted as Indian legal counsel to the issuer on the proposed ICICI Prudential AMC IPO, proposed Purple Style Labs IPO, Anant Raj Developers QIP, Capri Global QIP, Suraksha Diagnostics IPO, Laxmi Dental IPO (industry first); and
Acted as counsel to the InvIT, IM and Sponsor on the initial offer by Anantam Highways Trust.

Acted as Indian legal counsel to the issuer on the Sagility India IPO, Entero Healthcare IPO, Rashi Peripherals IPO; and
