Puneet Passi

Puneet has over 10 years of experience as a securities and capital markets lawyer, having advised issuers, merchant bankers and investors on a variety of international and domestic offerings, including IPOs, QIPs, OFS on stock exchanges, block deals and depository receipts.

Puneet has been recognized as a ranked capital markets lawyer in India by independent legal directories. He is on the Board of Studies as a member of National Law University, Odisha and is also on the editorial board of NLUO-CCL journal.

Relevant Experience:

• Puneet has significant expertise in new-age as well as companies in legacy sectors, like the IPOs of Urban Company, Swiggy, LG, MobiKwik, Yatra, SAMHI Hotels and Acme Solar. He has also advised marque clients in the past, including Idea on its landmark 2018 QIP, DLF on its 2019 QIP, Lemontree on its 2018 IPO and Sheela Foam (Sleepwell) on its 2016 IPO.
