Ravi is involved in the Firm’s initiatives focused towards inbound/outbound investment to/from Gujarat. He joined the Firm in April, 2016, after spending over 10 years in the UK in private practice as well as in-house.

• Procter & Gamble on its acquisition of a OTC drug manufacturing facility as part of a global transaction involving termination of its partnership with another major pharmaceutical company.
• Tarsons Products with investment in the company by ADV Partners (an Asian PE firm).
• Adani Defence on a couple of acquisitions involving purchase of strategic equity stake in businesses involved in the defence and aeronautics sector as part of its expansion plans in the defence sector.
• GSEC aviation on its acquisition of majority stake in a commercial airline operator, being a strategic investment and entry into the commercial airlines sector.
• A UK based multinational company in relation to its corporate restructuring involving subsidiaries in India along with purchase of assets by its Indian subsidiary from another Indian company.
• Adani Group on a joint venture in the renewable section in Vietnam.
• Zydus Cadila group with its purchase of pharmaceutical products and associated intellectual property rights and licences from the European and Indian subsidiaries of Merck & Co, Inc., USA.
• India’s leading management institute in relation to structuring of their investment fund focussed on investing into innovative businesses and providing incubation support to select start-ups.
