He also regularly represents clients in development/ redevelopment transactions and advises on real estate laws including RERA.

Represented Horizon Industrial Parks, a leading logistics and warehouse portfolio of Blackstone on the real estate aspects of acquisition of freehold land parcels and an MIDC leasehold plot in Maharashtra.
Represented Equinix in acquisition of a large land parcel along with the data centre building thereon in Maharashtra and in acquisition of an industrial land parcel with factory structures standing thereon in Maharashtra.

Represented a listed company in sale of land parcels admeasuring over 150 acres in Thane District involving several regulatory compliances including obtainment of the permissions from the Competent Authority (Urban Land Ceiling), the Labour Commissioner and the Collector;
