He has been advising and assisting multi-national companies, funds, real estate developers, investors, banks, financial institutions and UHNWIs in some of the most complex and high-value real estate transactions in relation to acquisition, sale, assignment and leasing of Information Technology Parks, Data Centres, Commercial Buildings, Logistic Parks, Retail Malls, Hotels, Factories, plots leased out by the Government and statutory authorities (including MMRDA, MIDC and MCGM), non-agricultural and agricultural land parcels and high-end residential properties. He also regularly represents clients in development/ redevelopment transactions and advises on real estate laws including RERA.

  • Represented an UHNWI from banking sector and others in acquisition of all 25 residential flats located in a prime sea-facing building situated at Worli Sea Face, Mumbai.
  • Represented JSW Steel in acquisition of the entire shareholding of Saffron Resources Private Limited, which holds close to 900 acres of land parcels in Odisha.
  • Represented Horizon Industrial Parks, a leading logistics and warehouse portfolio of Blackstone on the real estate aspects of acquisition of freehold land parcels and an MIDC leasehold plot in Maharashtra.
  • Represented Equinix in acquisition of a large land parcel along with the data centre building thereon in Maharashtra and in acquisition of an industrial land parcel with factory structures standing thereon in Maharashtra.
  • Represented Danone group in acquisition of land parcels in Punjab.
  • Representing one of the leading conglomerates in relation to undertaking a large slum rehabilitation project in Mumbai.
  • Represented Arkade Developers Limited in acquisition of the entire shareholding of Filmistan Private Limited.
  • Represented AdaniConneX in acquisition of a plot located in an MIDC area in Maharashtra.
  • Represented Standard Chartered Bank in bid process sale of a large office space located in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.
  • Represented a leading real estate developer in acquisition of a large land parcel along with the factory structures for its upcoming residential project in Bhandup, Mumbai.
  • Represented a leading corporate in sale of land parcels and the structures thereon located in Gujarat pursuant to a Swiss Challenge process.
  • Represented a consortium of investors in acquisition of six pre-leased floors of a prime commercial building located at Jogeshwari, Mumbai.
  • Represented Edelweiss group in relation to title due diligence and documentation with respect to a lending transaction for a project located at Malabar Hill, Mumbai.
  • Issued a Title Report to a leading real estate developer for its prime seafront property located at Juhu, Mumbai.

  • Represented funds, investors, educational institutes and corporates in title due diligence and acquisition/ investment transactions relating to land parcels and projects located in different parts of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab, Goa, etc.

  • Represented a textile mill company and a well-known real estate developer in one of the largest textile mill sale transactions in Mumbai, involving a three-stage bid process and several regulatory compliances including obtainment of the permission from the Monitoring Committee, MCGM;
  • Represented a large real estate developer in acquisition of development rights of a large land parcel located at Tardeo, South Mumbai, having development potential of more than 5,00,000 sq. feet;
  • Represented a listed company in sale of land parcels admeasuring over 150 acres in Thane District involving several regulatory compliances including obtainment of the permissions from the Competent Authority (Urban Land Ceiling), the Labour Commissioner and the Collector;
  • Represented a listed company in transfer of a 5 Star Hotel located in Mumbai;
  • Represented a well-known real estate developer in assignment of development rights of land parcels admeasuring over 120 acres located in Thane District involving various regulatory issues pertaining to Coastal Regulation Zone, public reservations, layout compliances, etc.;
  • Represented corporates in acquisition/ assignment of MIDC leasehold plots,
  • Represented a leading shopping mall group in purchase of a large land parcel located in Indore along with the partially constructed shopping mall standing thereon from a Consortium of Banks under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act;
  • Advised and assisted a subsidiary of a listed company in purchase of a large factory land located in Kolkata along with the structures standing thereon, involving various regulatory issues;
  • Advised and assisted real estate developers in preparation and finalisation of the formats of Allotment Letters, Agreements for Sale, Declarations and bye-laws for formation of Condominiums for residential and commercial buildings, Deeds of Apartment;
  • Represented investors in purchase and leasing of large office spaces in several prominent commercial/ I. T. buildings located in Mumbai including in One BKC, Godrej BKC, The Capital, Parinee Crescenzo, Kalpataru Square, Leela Business Park, Raheja Titanium, Times Square, etc.;
  • Represented ultra-high-net-worth individuals in purchase of apartments in several luxurious residential buildings located in Mumbai including in Artesia, Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai, Indiabulls Blu, One Altamont, The One (Pali Hill), Bishopsgate; Ashford Pallazo, etc.
