Ritha Ulbyre is a partner in the Real Estate practice in the Bengaluru office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. She focuses on complex and large portfolio real estate transactions, including portfolio acquisitions, setting up global capability centres, large leasing transactions, joint ventures, developments, particularly for private equity funds, hospitals, institutional investors, developers and asset owners.

With more than ten years of experience, Ritha has steered clients through an extensive array of sophisticated, high value and high-profile real estate transactions. Clients consistently turn to her for strategic, business-focused legal guidance. Ritha regularly works on a wide range of real estate matters pertaining to title investigation/ due diligence and purchase, sale, lease and license transactions of various types of land, including agricultural land, industrial land/ units, government land, commercial and residential premises.
