Viyash Lifesciences Limited in Section 9 and 37 proceedings in relation to disputes arising out of a shareholders agreement.
Advised and represented one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in disputes arising out of a cargo handling agreement. The disputes included arbitration proceedings, civil proceedings before the Surat District Court, Gujarat High Court and Supreme Court.
Advised and represented the middle east subsidiary of a leading steel manufacturing company in arbitration proceedings before the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration in disputes arising out of a shipping contract.
IDEB Constructions Private Limited in arbitration proceedings against Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, in disputes arising out of construction of metro rail tracks.
Advised and represented a Malaysian oil and energy company before the Bombay High Court in proceedings against Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited for setting aside an arbitral award.
