• CPPIB on its exit from a SPV of Phoenix Mills Ltd.
• Apraava Energy (CLP India) on joint venture and acquisition of two operating solar power assets from Suzlon Energy. Also advised Apraava Energy on acquisition of various land parcels across India.
• Joulon, an oil and gas platform of KKR, on acquisition in different jurisdictions of 11 companies, including Sara Sae India Private Limited, Harris Pye Engineer Group, Global Offshore, Derrick Services etc.
• Reliance Broadcast Network on sale of its radio business to Zee Entertainment.
• Piramal Housing and Capital, Kotak Real Estate, SBI Capital Venture (SWAMIH Fund), JP Morgan Real Estate Fund, HDFC Capital Advisors and IL&FS Real Estate Fund on various debt and equity investments and conducting due diligence of land parcels across India.
