He has a broad practice acting for clients in disputes arising in the technology, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, energy, mining, telecommunications, environment, financial services, and manufacturing industries. He has represented clients before various courts and tribunals in contentious matters concerning shareholder remedies, contractual breaches, intellectual property disputes, white collar criminal defence, and private trust-related claims.

His practice includes substantial experience in regulatory and public law litigation, including matters involving mining regulation, environmental law, telecommunications regulation, labour and provident fund disputes, sanctions-related litigation, and public law claims and remedies. He has also advised clients on investigations and proceedings initiated by enforcement, investigative, and regulatory agencies.
