The Role

  • Company incorporation and allied tasks.
  • Preparation of search report and detailed charge report.
  • Drafting agenda, minutes and notices & preparation and filing of various e-forms with the Registrar of Companies from time to time.
  • Statutory compliances (Annual Report, Secretarial Compliance Report, etc).
  • Drafting and alteration of Memorandum and Articles of Association.
  • Liaisoning with statutory authorities like ROC, RBI, etc.
  • Opinions and advices on Company Law & allied legislation
  • Preparing checklist for various transactions
  • Assisting in corporate secretarial due-diligence
  • Handling annual and event based compliances of clients.
  • All compliances as required under the Companies Act, 2013 and various other legislations as required under the law in the capacity as the Company Secretary

  • Good in Communication and Inter-personnel skills
  • Good computer proficiency
