Anshul also regularly advises listed corporates and intermediaries on securities law matters, including compliance with Indian insider trading norms and takeover regulations.

Relevant Experience:

  • Anshul has significant expertise in the banking and finance sector, having advised small finance banks such as Jana SFB, Utkarsh SFB, Ujjivan SFB, other private banks such as Federal Bank and South Indian Bank, and NBFCs such as L&T Finance and CreditAccess Grameen, on their capital markets transactions. He has also advised government lender HUDCO in its initial public offering and MTN programme.
  • He has also advised on equity fund-raise transactions across a variety of sectors, including those by Honasa Consumer, Reliance Nippon AMC, Sobha Limited, DLF Limited, Apollo Tyres, J.K. Cements, Supriya Lifescience, Clean Science, Krystal Integrated, SIS, Apar Industries, Aurionpro Solutions and PG Electroplast.
