• Advising MPERC in relation to appeal filed by Captive User and the captive generator on the issue of captive status
• Advising Kudgi Transmission Limited in appeals filed by Discoms and PGCIL in relation to mismatch liability and revision of SCOD due to FM events.
• Regularly advising and representing CTUIL, PGCIL, MP Discoms, CERC, MPERC before various forums including APTEL, SC, High Courts and Electricity Regulatory Commissions
• Advised MOP in relation to legal issues arising from installation of pre-paid meters including the requirement of consent of consumers and state regulatory commission.
• Advises AERA in relation to tariff determination for Delhi Airport for the fourth control period .
• Advised GMR Warora Energy Limited in the petition filed by MSEDCL claiming change in law benefits upon transition of lending rates from the PLR regime before the MERC, APTEL and SC
• Advised Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited in relation to challenge to the commercial operation date of Sasan UMPP.
