Administration (Secretarial) Department : 7+ years of Experience

The Role

  • Handling correspondence on behalf of HOD/Partner (written and oral)
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments including calendar management.
  • Travel bookings
  • Managing files and database
  • Updating of time entries for Partner and seniors in the team.
  • Raising invoices on behalf of Partner
  • Regular support work for Partner and team (includes printing documents, admin related work)
  • Co-ordinating with different departments
  • Leave management for Partner and team
  • Attending calls on behalf of Partner, when he/she is travelling
  • Helping partners/team in regular internal/external coordination

Skills

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Good in Communication and Inter-personnel skills
  • Good computer proficiency
  • Time management
