Abstracting Skills – Preparing synopsis of latest cases of various courts.
Demonstrate high level business understanding of Indian Regulatory environment for various business activities like M&A, Business Transfers, Joint Ventures, Insolvency Financing etc.
Industry knowledge – demonstrate basic knowledge of various business industries in India context.

Law Graduate with Extensive Research Skills
Good in Communication and Inter-personnel skills
Project Management, Time Management skills, ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
